Potato squash roll with mushrooms and broccoli
Simple and tasty baked vegetable roll with mushrooms for food in the post and not only. Delicious with fresh or pickled vegetables or salads. Perfect with Lecho.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Zucchini

    300 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Mushrooms

    30 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    9 Tbsp

  • Salt

Zucchini and potatoes cleaned, RUB on a coarse grater, add the vegetable oil, flour, salt to taste. Stir.
