Cooking
First of all, prepare the usual, basic dough-for comparison. Green dough: spinach turn into a puree and knead with the dough. Red:beet juice mix with eggs, oil, salt water and adding flour, knead the dough. Yellow:a pinch turmeric beat egg, add other ingredients and knead the dough. Orange: tomato paste mixed with 2 tbsp water and eggs and adding the rest, knead the dough. Wrap each dough in cling film, leave to rest for 15 minutes.

I boiled the noodles in boiling. posolennoy to taste water for 3-4 minutes, until tender. It was very beautiful, bright, truly spring.
