Fish roulade with mushroom omelette cheese crust
Offer to decorate your Christmas table, fish rolls from 2 types of fish, stuffed mushroom omelet with herbs and covered with cheese, decorated with mushrooms. Hot roll can bring to the table, and if cooled, it is a full cold appetizer roll.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1.5 kg

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Bow white

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Take any red fish, cut fillet.

Spread it on plastic wrap on top of it closing, and repel the fish gently into a smooth layer, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cut fillets of any white fish and just gently breaking, lay the red fish on top, sprinkle with salt, pepper and sesame seeds.

Fry the finely chopped onions, carrots, mushrooms. Mix 2 eggs, 100 ml milk, 2 tbsp of mayonnaise with the dill. Pour on the vegetables and cook the omelette until cooked.

Ready omelette, spread on white fish.

Wrap with food wrap roll in all.

Take a piece of baking paper, sprinkle it with vegetable oil, lay the slices of mushrooms.

Put cheese on our fish roulade, freeing from the film, neatly folded the edge of the paper on top, wrap with foil.
