Appetizer
I want to offer to your attention an interesting and easy to make snack. This appetizer is unlikely to linger on the table, especially if the family is a big fan of puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Water

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Rice flakes pour hot water and leave for 3-5 minutes.

Hard cheese grate on a fine grater.

Add sour cream and spices. Mix well.

Puff pastry cut into strips, with a width of 3-4 cm, length about 20 cm
