Description
Awesome cake with pears. Easy dough fast food. The only batter to be steamed for 1 hour in the fridge, but during this time you can prepare the filling. The filling can be both sweet and savory. This cake can be put on the table for tea.

Products to the test.
The prepared foods. Sifted flour, refrigerated margarine, refrigerated kefir, salt, soda.
In the bowl of a food processor add the flour, salt, soda, mix on low speed and add the chopped pieces of margarine grind into crumbs (I do this in a food processor at high speed), slowly pour the yogurt and all knead well.
Take the dough, the dough turns sticky.
Put in a plastic bag and put in fridge for 1 hour.
To prepare the filling. Peel the pears and randomly cut into pieces, prepare the cinnamon and sugar.
The dough is ready take out of the package.
Roll the dough into a rectangle, adding flour on the Board, cut into strips with a width of 6-7 cm On one strip put chopped pears 2 slices in a row, until the end of the strip. Sprinkle the pears through a fine strainer cinnamon, and sprinkle it with sugar.
Staple in the center to make a seam.
Put into a form starting from the centre in the form of a snail, seam side down.
Also to do with the next strip, and put the 2nd round, in continuation of the 1st round.
Brush with beaten egg and place in heated (to 190*) oven for 30-40 minutes. Once our pie will become a Golden color, our cake is ready.
To give the cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar (I powder with vanilla). The aroma in the kitchen is amazing!
