Cottage cheese biscuits
Biscuits from the curd or cheese mass. Not fat, not sweet, and very cute. You can do with any jam, jam, cream.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Jam orange

  • Cream

Mix all ingredients for dough in a bowl, then spread on a dusting of flour on the table and little hybrids. If the dough will be very cool, add the milk.

Roll the dough out to a thickness of 3 mm, cut cookies (round or oval). Trim the dough to gather and re-roll.

In half of the cookies cut out some round instrument holes. Lay out the biscuits on a baking sheet at a distance of 1 cm from each other. Bake until Golden brown, 10-12 minutes in pre-heated oven at 190 degrees. Not to overdo!

To get, cool. Glue 2 cookies a small amount of jam. I used orange marmalade. Fill with jam, jam or the cream center of each cookie jam. I was left with custard chocolate cream, which I have used.

You can decorate with icing sugar, sprinkle cookies on top through a strainer.
