Nutria – not only delicious, but also useful. Probably, almost all people love barbecue, except of course vegetarians. I represent to your attention is not quite the usual version of the nutria. That it's delicious, not many people know, but about what's good for them - at all units. In our time increasingly in the markets it can be found, so I advise you to prepare a shish kebab, as it's the most delicious version of this meat!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    3 kg

  • Bow white

    4 piece

  • Pomegranate juice

    200 ml

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Spices

  • Salt

So, buy on the market carcass nutria, better if it is a large specimen. Burke nutria in portions. Suggest to remove all the film and extra fat. My. Put pieces of meat in a convenient large container and add spices. I buy at the market of spice mixtures for barbecue and grilled meat. Now salt is not added.

Cut onion into rings. Add to the meat.

Pomegranate juice if you have fresh juice, I suggest bring it to a boil and cool. Mix it with soy sauce and pour into meat. All mix well, taste the marinade and now add salt to taste. Sent the meat to marinate for 5-7 hours, preferably overnight.

Because pomegranate juice kebab has a nice dark crust, the meat tender and very tasty! I am familiar with nutria meat since childhood, my grandfather bred nutria. So for me it is a very familiar product. However, the grandfather smoked nutria and why we never made kebabs. I bridged the gap a couple of years ago. Since then whenever possible we only have a variant of kebab. I strongly advise everyone to try!
