Sometimes the circumstances are such that the familiar and beloved have to give. Often it concerns sweet, more chocolate based on cocoa. Fortunately, there is a great alternative to cacao beans. It offer to make your home Allergy-free chocolate without any emulsifiers, preservatives and other harmful variety of substances, which are abundant in "store-bought" chocolate. Requires only 2 ingredient, the rest is optional!

Cooking
You must melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, oil add carob, remove from heat and mix everything carefully.
Next, optionally, you can add chopped nuts, dried fruit or coconut - Your choice. ATTENTION! SUGAR IS NOT REQUIRED! The mass turns out to be very sweet, but not cloying.
Then the mass is filled in the mold, if flat and not bendable, it is better with baking paper (I have plastic flexible mold from successfully and on time-eaten marshmallow), and goes in the fridge to cool down and harden for about 20 minutes.
