Cooking
The fish is cleaned from skin and bones (you can take the finished fillet). Cut into large pieces. Flour, salt, and pepper to mix and breaded fish.
Preheat the frying pan with the olive oil and fry the fish pieces on both sides over high heat until crisp.
Onion cut into feathers. Fry it in the pan where we fried the fish with olive oil, on slow fire 5-7 minutes.
Add the capers and olives. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and add to the onions. You can add one dried chili pepper optional, and at the end of cooking to pull it out.
To the onions add the tomatoes in their own juice. Simmer a couple of minutes.
Put fried fish in onion-tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes, until the fish starts to crumble to pieces.
