Meatless mushroom casserole with beans and zucchini
Very tasty, healthy, and most importantly, filling dish. Rice crackers give you the taste, the husband mix them with ground walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Oil mustard

    40 ml

  • Bread crumbs

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Soak beans in cold water for four hours, then boil until fully cooked.

On a minimum number of mustard oil to fry the mushrooms, onion and beans, don't forget to add salt.

Put in a baking dish, add four tablespoons with a slide of bread crumbs and mix well.

Thin rings, slice the zucchini to marinate it in 1 tablespoon of mustard oil, pinch of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric.

Ring of zucchini with two sides, roll in breadcrumbs, put in a baking dish. Then put onions and liberally sprinkle them with the remaining mustard oil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
