Casserole of rice with dried mushrooms
This casserole can be prepared not only with rice but the barley with bulgur. Croup - a symbol of prosperity in the house. Delicious, hearty and healthy! And most importantly - very simple, meatless dish!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Marjoram

Cook mushrooms and rice. My choice fell on a mix of parboiled and wild rice bubble mix to make a useful, beautiful and unusual casserole! Mushrooms need to pre-soak in 2 cups water for 2 hours. After a time they add a pinch of crushed cumin, salt and boil in the same water in which it soaked. Cook for 15-20 minutes With boiled mushrooms, drain water.

Measure out 1 Cup of rice, wash it, pour 2.5 cups of water and boil, add salt to taste, Cook about 30-35 minutes until all the water has evaporated.

In cooked rice add chopped garlic, dried marjoram, 3 tbsp vegetable oil. Mix with the mushrooms. Put in refractory form and bake in preheated oven to 180 deg., in about 15-20 minutes.
