Beans with mushrooms and rice
Green beans braised with mushrooms, onions and rice - simple, delicious dish for the fasting person, and makes an excellent side dish for everyone else!))

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Almost complete set of products that we need. Rice (it is best, of course,"Mistral")) boil in salted water.

Fry the mushrooms and onions until Golden brown (I first put the mushrooms, when the liquid is all evaporated, add the onion).

Spread the mushrooms to the beans (after rinsing it with boiling water). Fry together for 5-7 minutes (the beans were almost ready). Salt, pepper to taste.

Add the finely chopped garlic, tomato sauce (I threw 2st. L. pasta 0.5 cups of water) and rice. Simmer all together for 5 minutes. All the dish is ready!
