Cookies made from quinoa with tahina
Thanks to Mistral and to the boy I was about a year ago, I met such a wonderful and versatile grains like Quinoa and now often in my menu there are dishes of this wonderful herb. Today I want to regale you, my dear, wonderful, fragrant, tender and very tasty biscuits made of flour Quinoa and sesame paste. Come visit.

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame paste

    80 g

  • Vanilla essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Nuts

Next, with wet hands formed balls the size of a large walnut, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment or Teflon sheet pressed on top of one cookie and sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Do not overdo, as the pastry becomes Golden, only slightly darkens.
