Incredibly soft cookies with sweet filling

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Starch

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Jam

    200 g

Prepare all your ingredients (I forgot to put sugar ()

Melt the butter, until soft.

Add sugar, salt and egg. Mix well.

Add the flour and starch.

Knead the dough and divide into two parts.

Coat a baking sheet with vegetable oil
