Cooking
The fish cut away from the skins, sprinkle with salt and pepper and spread in the form greased with butter.
Shrimp net from tails, tails leave, if there is a head, they also don't throw away.
Shrimp lightly fried in a pan.
Add the shrimp to the fish.
In a saucepan mix milk, cream and butter.
Add the tails of shrimp, to give the sauce a taste. Add salt to taste, bring to a boil.
Pour the sauce over the fish. Don't forget to drain from the tails and heads.
Preheat the oven to 180*. Bake for 15 minutes.
