This casserole is very interesting and, in my opinion, very successfully combined fish and Pesto sauce. Delicate and spicy at the same time, simple to prepare. If you're interested - try it.

Cooking
1.Tomatoes peel and cut into slices.

3.Boil the rice in salted water 15 minutes until soft, then drain in a colander to drain the water and then mix with pesto. Only instead of the usual Basil I used lemon Basil, the fish is ideal.
4.Spread the pesto rice in a greased form.
5.Cover it with tomatoes and fish (randomly). Season with salt and pepper.

7.Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
