Prepare your ingredients:
Make the dough. Oil RUB with sugar, add egg, stir until smooth, add flour and knead the dough is better by hand. Transfer it to a cutting Board and quickly knead it with both hands.
The dough should be soft and pliable. Roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap. For half an hour put in the fridge - it will keep the elasticity of dough, will make it easier to roll it with a rolling pin and ensure the beautiful appearance of the cakes will not crack in the oven.
While the dough is in the fridge let's prepare the filling. Cheese will mix in a blender with condensed milk to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Take the dough. Roll out with a rolling pin from the center to the edges.
Cut into circles with a diameter of about 10cm and distributed in the molds, sprinkle them with a little flour. Put in the oven for 15/20min and bake at a temperature of 200град.
In the finished baskets distributed cottage cheese on top and cover it with jam, sprinkle beauty the top with powdered sugar or cookie dough.
