Cooking
Prepare the ingredients for the sponge cake.
Mix all dry foods. The resulting dry mixture.
Whisk the eggs. Add the vegetable oil. Still a little whisk.
Add milk and dry mixture. But not all at once, and in 2-3 doses alternately with milk. Every time a good beat. The dough turns thick.
Pour the dough in a glass of boiling water and whisk for uniformity. Pour part of the dough into form (despite how much I want to make cakes - I have three). Put in heated to 180 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
Prepare the ingredients for the cream (condensed milk, sour cream, butter and chopped nuts). Mix all the ingredients and whisk together.
Take the cakes out of the oven. Waiting when they cool off. Grease each layer with cream and jam. (And be without jam or jam only in the middle of the cake).
