Carrot fritters
I carrots are pretty easy, but these pancakes were whole family to taste. And tarragon suggest to add one. He here is the way.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Tarragon

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

1. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens.

2. In a Cup mix the carrots, greens, add the egg, salt, pepper and mix well.

3. Then add the flour, mix well.

4. In skillet, heat small amount of oil, put some carrot mass and fry on medium heat on both sides until Golden brown.

5. Serve just like that or with sour cream. Bon appetit!
