Description

This pie is one of my favorite for the pleasure of the cooking process and is guaranteed a great result. Bake on your birthday a double number, so do not be surprised that amount of ingredients in the photos.)) The latter, incidentally, turned out very much, so to describe the process would be highly detail...) let's Start with the dough: chocolate, butter, sugar melt on very low heat. The resulting mass is cool.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Enter the egg yolks to the chocolate and stir.
Add the chopped hazelnuts.
Flour mixed with baking powder and also enter into the mass.
Whip whites into stiff foam.
Gently with a spatula stir in the beaten egg whites into the batter.
It turns out lush, gentle and very airy dough.
Form (better split) to grease with oil and pour in it the dough. Since I have two pies and only one split form, I used a ceramic pan, zastelil it with foil and brushing with oil as well. By the way, the cake turned out very successful and the problems with removing, I did not have any.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
I got these cakes. Leave to cool.
Meanwhile, prepare a filling... Gelatin pour in a small amount of water (about 50 ml.) and heat over low heat, stirring with a fork until dissolved gelatin. Do not bring to boil!
Pour a thin stream into the cream, whisking at the same time the mass with a mixer. Add the sugar, vanilla and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.
While the filling freezes, have the cooled cake to cut on top of a thin layer.
And crumble it with your hands.
The base of the cake soak the juice and spread it on the berries.
Take a look in the fridge. The stuffing is ready? The mass solidifies quickly, in just 15-30 minutes. To check just tilt the Cup slightly... butter jelly doesn't flow? so ready! With a fork crush it into a babe. It looks like this...
Spread cream on top of a currant the "cap".
Sprinkle the top with crumbs of cake, pressing their fingers to stay together and fit snugly to the cream, forming one whole.
Attention! The filling should not be visible under the crumbs!
That's why pie is the name. Nobody expects that within him lies this beauty...
