Eggs stuffed with mushrooms
Gathered in the forest chanterelles. By itself, that's nice – clean, tasty, healthy. What else besides the usual frying and salting-marinating to do with it? Decided to stuff them with chicken eggs. That's what happened.

  • Mushrooms

  • Onion

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

Egg boiled hard-boiled (8-10 minutes). Cleaned, cut lengthwise, remove yolk. From the bottom of the squirrel cut off a small piece, so it will be sustainable. Mushrooms and onions fry in a pan, cooled, passed through a meat grinder, add grated on a grater yolks (2 PCs leave for decoration), a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a clove of garlic.
