Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Prunes

    150 g

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Seasoning

The prunes, chop coarsely and mix with chopped garlic

Chopped prunes can add a little seasoning to taste, salt and pepper

In a separate bowl mix the two kinds of mustard and mayonnaise

Then the resulting sauce mixed with prunes

Cut the meat into pieces (not very small)

Meat put prunes in sauce, mix well, cover and put to marinate in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours

Marinated meat into the sleeve for baking and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes
