Description

Avignon milk liqueur
I offer flavored liqueur, with citric acidity and a nice creamy finish! The drink is strong, but delicious, sticky and enveloping.

Ingredients

  • Vodka

    0.5 l

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Vanilla pod

    1 piece

Cooking

Lemon good wash, remove seeds and chop. You can just finely chop. Put in a saucepan.

Pour the vodka.

Add sugar. Add the vanilla sugar or vanilla pod.

Add the cream. Mix well. Cover the pan, leaving a small crack and leave for 12 days at room temperature in a dark place. Every day (!!!) the mixture should be stirred. If it forget to make, the liqueur will stratify.

At 12-13 days strain the liquor through cheesecloth or a fine sieve.

cooling and you can taste. Store in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
