Cherry smoothie with cereal
Delicious, slightly sour smoothies. Nice to quench your thirst and saturate in hot weather and in cold!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Cherry

    1 handful

  • Honey

Cherries with good flesh (not sour, I have sort - of a cross between cherries and cherries), pitted grind in a blender.

Add oat flakes, use bran from the Mistral.

Grind in a blender, puree, add honey to taste. Since I have a sweet yogurt added a couple of spoons.

Add the yogurt (I have a sweet vanilla).

Whisk everything until smooth. Pour into glasses.
