Pizza
This recipe is familiar from childhood, now and loves my baby! A hearty version of pizza. Let someone say that it's not exactly pizza... but for us she was always the most delicious and favorite! And without any frills. A simple recipe from a simple family! Help yourself to health!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Ketchup

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Dill

Cooking

Yeast mixed with warm milk and put in a warm and dark place for 10 min.

To the flour add salt, sugar, yeast, olive oil. Knead the dough, pour milk to desired consistency. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for an hour.

While the dough is rising, fry the potatoes (bring to readiness not worth it, just fry a little).

Roll out the dough and spread on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.

Grate a piece of cheese and semipaved it in the corner for a future pizza.

The ketchup is evenly distributed on the base.

Spread the roasted potatoes (can be hot).

Lay out a layer of meat (sliced into strips).

Layer tomato slices and a little dill. At this stage you can add also olives, mushrooms, chicken. Take 2 egg yolks and lubricates them to the edge of the pizza, not to dry and lightly browned.

Generously sprinkle with cheese (here it is better to take the finest grater). Put in preheated oven for 40 min.
