Spicy chicken with figs and lemon
I wandered into one the other day in an Indian shop and, of course, could not leave without spices. Here on the occasion I remembered the recipe, which I have "laid eyes" - all probably my favorite chicken with Indian-Arab influences. It is easy and sooooo flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cards

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chili

Spread our lightly fried the chicken to the onions, add the dates, lemon, garlic, pepper (if using), sprinkle with salt, pour hot water, cover and put in a preheated 175 degree oven for 40 minutes.
