Cooking
Finely chop the mushrooms. Pour evenly into the form, greased and sprinkled with semolina.
Whisk the eggs. Add salt, sugar, sour cream, baking powder and flour. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the mushrooms in the form of the resulting casting. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven. If you want to try hot - better with a thick sour cream.
