Continuing the theme begun in the coloring "Sauce chermoula", I want to introduce you to the cooks, with one of its applications. Very fragrant, tasty and unusual dish with minimal time and labor. And, frankly, I'm ready to eat vegetables with chermoula and without any fish. And don't be afraid of the amount of ingredients - cooked is much easier than it looks! The recipe is from the magazine "School of Gastronome".

Cooking
For chermoula cilantro and parsley are chopped, onion cut into arbitrary pieces. Cumin and coriander, if they beans, lightly I grind along with garlic and zest of one lemon. All the ingredients for chermoula puree them in a food processor, adding olive oil and a tablespoon of lemon juice, potseluem. Fish fillet cut into portion pieces, add salt to taste. 1-2 tablespoons of chermoula delayed, the rest spread a thick layer on the fish pieces and leave for 10-15 minutes (while you prepare the vegetables).
Pepper cut into thick strips, cherry tomatoes (I had 14 pieces) can be cut in half, but you can leave whole. If you use regular large tomatoes, cut them into large slices (in 4 parts). Tomatoes and peppers fry in a skillet with hot oil over high heat five minutes, stirring constantly. Then add olives and pending before this chermoula, stir and cover. Cook on low heat for another five minutes.
Remove the vegetables from the heat and until set aside. In another pan warm up vegetable oil and put the pieces of fish chermoula up. Lightly fry (about 3-5 minutes).
Around the fish pieces put fried vegetables. My vegetables were quite a lot of juice, but if the liquid is not enough, you can add a couple of tablespoons of water or broth (vegetable or fish). Keep in mind that the fish needs to stew, not stew, so don't overdo the water! Again cover with a lid and stew for 5-10 minutes.
Voila! Our fragrant fish ready! Nicely spread it on a dish, surround with vegetables, sprinkle with chopped herbs and served to the table. I love it without any side dish, but for a spouse is served with mashed potatoes - in my opinion, it's the perfect companion for this dish. Good rice or boiled potatoes. Bon appetit!
