For those who love lentils... You here! Very tasty lentil porridge with dried apricots, walnuts and onions.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    3 Tbsp

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.25 coup

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Lentils, rinse, cover with water above the lentils 7-8 cm and cook until soft. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add washed dried apricots, dried celery and grated walnuts, stir and leave.

The lentils add salt, add fried onions mixed with dried apricots and nuts, stir and cook until tender.

At the end of cooking, add the grated garlic, to lay out porridge on a dish, lightly pepper, sprinkle with parsley (I had frozen). Serve with any vegetables. Bon appetit!
