Salmon with ginger and lemon

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

To prepare the marinade: ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, vegetable oil, red pepper. Salmon cut into portions. Marinate the fish in the marinade for an hour, from time to time turn the pieces so it all soaked marinade.

To shift the fish in a baking dish, pour the marinade and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. The fish, garnish with lemon, pour the resulting juice. Bon appetit!!!!
