Lean pumpkin pancakes
Pancakes are loved by almost every family serves them at Breakfast and in the afternoon. They prepared very easily without requiring much time. Dough for pancakes, you can use different – fresh and sour, rich and lean. Vegetable fritters cooked without eggs, but their taste is not worse. To enhance the taste of vegetable pancakes, you can use all sorts of additives (pumpkin, apples, carrots, zucchini, etc.)

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Sugar

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon
