Delicious and sweet cake! Fluffy pastry with apples, sweet raisins and apricot pieces.

Cooking
The dough: warm the milk put the yeast, the softened butter (150 g.). In a bowl, whisk the sugar (1 tbsp.) egg, add the flour, salt. Add the yeast mixture and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Filling: raisins pour the rum (or juice). Apples wash, peel, remove the core and cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Add 3 tbsp sugar, raisins and rum and stir.
Ready divide the dough in half, roll into 2 thin layer, Each lubricating cream (50 g) butter on top to spread the filling and roll the rolls.
Both roll cut into slices with thickness of 1.5-2 cm and place on oiled baking sheet (I have size 25 cm by 36 cm), close to each other. Put in a warm place for 15 minutes to come.
Grease pie the remnants of the butter, sprinkle with sugar (1 tbsp) and place in a pre heated oven (175 gr.) for 45-50 minutes. Cool slightly and smear apricot jam from TM"Mistral".
