Cut into thin layers of beef liver
Mix salt, pepper, seasonings, flour and roll the liver.
Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the liver from all sides.
pour broth in pan and boil it on low heat, then carefully strain. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until Golden brown. Add the tbsp of flour, mix thoroughly and pour the prepared broth. Fried liver put in a saucepan, pour the sauce and bring to a boil. Liver slices to put in a deep dish. To the sauce add to taste nutmeg ,salt and pepper. Pour this sauce over the liver before serving. Bon appetit!!!
