Goulash of chanterelles
My son got in school. Here to celebrate, I decided today to cook lunch for the family and his friends. Went this morning to the store, look, chanterelles and champignons in a sale. Bought to celebrate, have prepared and now decided to share with You this delicious and easy recipe. The mushroom lovers, go!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    800 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cream

    400 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

Mushrooms rinse and drain off water. Onion cut into half rings.

Onions fry in vegetable oil. Now, add the mushrooms and simmer until cooked mushrooms. Mushrooms first boil.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Sour cream mix with cream and add the flour. I took the binder sauce for mushrooms by "Maggie".

Then add in a pan with our sauce, stir well, cover again and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
