Very tasty bread I get, although this is my first experience. Did You know that "from ancient times the Slavs had a custom of the people, broke the bread, become friends for life. Bread – the Ambassador of peace and friendship between Nations, it remains so now. Changed life, measured values, and bread-the father, the bread-earner still remains the biggest value. With bread off to the front. Met with bread returned from the war. Bread commemorated those who will never return. Everyone has their own bread. Everyone remembers, perceives and appreciates it. But there is for all without exception, one thing in common: bread is life. Our people are hospitable. Bread, viburnum entwined, on the festive table is always a place of honor. Dear guests with bread and salt. However, not every guest knows that the loaf to break up, to enjoy and give to people, as the custom is. Not everyone knows that taking bread and salt on the towel, the bread should kiss. And yet, to give bread meant to wish prosperity and wealth. It has long been the bread and all bread plants were considered sacred. The bread had to be treated with special reverence. Our ancestors of the Slavs was made to keep a loaf of bread in the corner. Bread, lying in front of icons, symbolizing the connection between people and God. “Khleb da Sol!” - says Russian people, welcoming all who are there at the table for food. - Bread to eat! – be sure to answer it in the sense of: “you are welcome to sit with us and eat.” This invitation proves our special Russian trait of hospitality, which for this reason often called hospitality."

Cooking
For bread you need the following cereals of the company "Mistral" - red lentils, rice brand Jasmine, wheat groats couscous.
Cook your rice and lentils, wash.
Cover with water, put on fire, bring to boil and leave aside for 1.5 hours.
Cook foods for the dough: Apple juice mixed with water, a little warm, add honey, stir, put the yeast.
Whisk whisk to dissolve yeast.
Add the flour and mix well.
Cover the dough with a cloth and put in a warm place for an hour.
Then coming up to press down dough and leave for 1 hour.
A thin stream pour the warm water, Apple juice, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir well.
Add the rice and lentil mix.
Rosemary, chop and add to the dough.
All thoroughly, pour the remaining 1 tbsp oil, cover and leave for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Cutting Board oil, put the dough and knead it for 30 seconds. Cover with a cloth and leave for 15 minutes.
Re-grease the Board with oil and again knead the dough for 30 seconds, put in the pan and leave for 30 minutes.
Towel sprinkle with flour and lay on a part of the test, to give shape, cover and leave for 2 hours in a warm place.
Another part of the test to lay out in a rectangular shape, the walls of which are greased with oil. At the bottom of the form put oiled paper.
After 2 hours, put the dough in the oven for 45 minutes and bake at 220 degrees.
Remove hot bread from the mold. Dip a brush in Apple juice, to grease all sides, cover with a cloth and leave for 15 minutes. After that, the crust on the bread soften.
I bake bread on 22 March at the vernal equinox. On this day falls the ancient Slavic feast "Larks", when bake the muffins in the form of larks. This bird has brought me out of the house. I really wanted to share it with You. Larks were distributed to children with the obligatory accompanying words: "Larks flew – the crown sat". Thus, the children were blessed and had every right to expect in the coming year, good health and happiness.
We will cut the bread and eat.
