Replenishment to my collection sorbet! This one is very sweet, and as my mom said, with a slight rustling of Fig "seeds". A very interesting combination! A wonderful dessert for the current hot weather. Bon appetit, AA.

Cooking
Pear wash, peel and preparirovanie. -From water and sugar, cook the syrup. Pour the pear puree and mix. -Fig cut into small pieces and add to the mass of the pear, stir, pour into mold and leave in the freezer for 20 minutes.
-Take out sorbet and stir, put back in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit, AA.
