Apple lasagna with raisins and nuts
I would call it sweet and healthy dessert!

Ingredients

  • Lasagna

    250 g

  • Apple

    600 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Peanut oil

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Figs

    4 piece

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Pepper white

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Apples cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put in hot oil, add the chopped nuts and figs, pre-soaked raisins and simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Put salt, pepper, poppy seeds, juice and zest of lemon.

Plate of lasagna boil and drain in a colander. In a greased form put layers of the plate of lasagna and apples.

The top layer apples. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at t=200C.

Pour the resulting juice and honey. Decorate with cranberries.
