Continue our journey through my favorite book "Cooking for professionals. Big book of culinary art" (authors G. was Cracknel and R. Kaufman). Outside the summer and, of course, vegetables are now very much, and cucumbers - and even more so. This is one way how you can unusually submit them on the table. I made this recipe the first time, loved it. Cucumbers turn out very tender. Easy, quick and very tasty.

Cooking
Clean cucumbers and cut into strips
Butter put in a saucepan and dissolve. Put in the butter cucumbers, a little salt and cover with lid. Put out, without waiting for a color change.
Add to the cucumbers in the cream and boil on a slow fire for a few minutes to zagustel. Add to taste condiments. Bon appetit!!!
