Spicy tomato-bean soup with mushrooms. A delicious and spicy.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    260 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    680 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Leeks

    80 g

  • Pepper

    65 g

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Sour cream

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

    30 g

Mushrooms wiped with a cloth and cut the hats for 4 - 5 parts. 5 minutes to fry in butter.

Added a bunch of chopped leek and fry until the onion has softened.

In a saucepan shifted peeled and chopped tomatoes in their own juice.

From tins of beans poured out the liquid and poured it to the tomatoes.
