Mushrooms wiped with a cloth and cut the hats for 4 - 5 parts. 5 minutes to fry in butter.
Added a bunch of chopped leek and fry until the onion has softened.
In a saucepan shifted peeled and chopped tomatoes in their own juice.
From tins of beans poured out the liquid and poured it to the tomatoes.
Poured in a pot of hot broth and put in it the mushrooms and onion.
Put cumin, pepper, salt, and added chopped bell pepper. The soup was cooked for 10 minutes and shredded in the same pan, hand blender.
Soup poured into bowls. On top put the grated garlic.
Made with sour cream. Of sour cream put to the contrast of halved yellow cherry tomatoes.
Decorated the soup with fragrant Basil leaves.
