Cooking

step-0
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
step-1
Onions, potatoes and mushrooms also cut into dice.
step-2
Cucumbers cut into dice or chop in a blender.
step-3
A pan put on medium heat, cover with a lid, heated to the beginning of the green sector in the direction of the controller (looking at the domestic scale).
step-4
Dry, no oiled pan, put onion and fry it, stirring, 2 minutes until a nice Golden brown.
step-5
Add chicken meat, stir and fry, stirring, 2-3 min.
step-6
Add the breadcrumbs and cucumbers. Stir. Cover with a lid and fry all together for another couple of minutes.
step-7
Heat up the broth (if it is not possible to take water), add brine, soy sauce, sugar substitute, pepper. Mix. Adjust to your taste.
step-8
Add the potatoes, pour the broth.
step-9
Cooking (about 12-15 min) on the smallest fire, arrow controller should reach the middle of the green sector (external control scale) - this allows you to cook the soup without boiling, while maintaining the color and beneficial properties of all ingredients. Then, disconnect the fire and give the "stew" soup 10 minutes.
step-10
Add the mushrooms and butter. Leave the soup for another 5 min.
step-11
Before serving add chopped herbs.
