To prepare dough: blend butter with flour, add sugar, sour cream, egg yolk. Of dough to make tartlets in ramekins, prick the dough and bake in the oven.

Prepare custard as follows: mix the milk, sugar, egg, flour. Put on fire and constantly stir until thick. Allow to cool. Add butter and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mass. The cream is ready! Spread the cream in the pastry.

Sprinkle with rice. Put the finished cake for 1 minute in the oven, the rice was glued together and not scattered.
