Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with half the sugar for the dough.
Beat the whites with the rest of the sugar.
Whites gently into the yolks.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to egg mixture. Mix gently so that the cake sat down.
The dough pour in shape, covered with parchment, and bake 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Meanwhile, make the cream. Whisk sour cream with sugar and thickener until then, until the cream will not be thick.
When the cakes are baked, cut them into two layers and smeared with cream. On one cake, put the kiwis on the second banana. Decorate as anyone wants, I have a mastic.
