Description

Red pancakes
Red is not the color, but because beautiful, well as red-girl. Pancakes taste slightly salty, but sweet stuffing is not felt. I.e. crepes versatile: it is possible with caviar and fish, but you can with jam or condensed milk. And yet, they work fine. First, the dough will be slightly sticky, but its so nice to gain a ladle. And secondly, the yeast give additional lift to the pancakes when frying. But pancakes are very tasty, with a slight acidity that comes from the yeast! Try it, pancake day is the perfect option!

Cooking

step-0
And this recipe I found in a cookbook for restaurants 1955 release, I inherited from my grandmother. But this recipe is offered in 800 ml of milk 800 gr flour. The experience is too much. I put 500 gr.
step-1
Well, enough introduction, let's get started. 600 ml milk dissolve the yeast. I use dry. They are quicker to fit.
step-2
Add flour and knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place. I have it stood next to the stove where the soup was prepared.
step-3
After 30 minutes, the dough came. If using fresh yeast, it may time to take more.
step-4
In the remaining milk, add melted butter, yolks, salt, sugar and mix well.
step-5
Add to the dough.
step-6
Knead again and leave to rise.
step-7
After another 30 minutes.
step-8
Beat the whites to a froth and add to the dough.
step-9
The dough comes out very interesting consistency. It is as though stretches and it is very pleasant to work with. And the smell...
step-10
Hot frying pan can be greased with a piece of fat, can vegetable oil with a slice of potato or onions. While onion pancakes don't smell. Why don't know, but checked.
step-11
Fry in a pan

step-17
My grandmother (Kingdom of heaven), without further ADO, smeared warm crepes with butter, sprinkled with sugar and folded area. I don't have a sweet tooth, but the taste is dissolved in the butter and sugar in combination with pancakes for me is the best dessert!
