Coconut pancakes with pineapple and strawberries
Coconut milk is widely popular in different countries of the world. Mostly due to the fact that coconuts and coconut milk have many health benefits. So, as soon as I found the recipe, decided to cook these pancakes. On the website there are already pancakes with coconut milk, but I decided to add my recipe!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Coconut milk

    400 ml

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 g

  • Fruit

    500 g

Coconut milk can be bought canned, you can cook for yourself. Take the flesh of the coconut, grate and cover with water, let this mass rest for 20 minutes. After you wring it through a cheesecloth – exotic coconut milk ready (a more detailed recipe of coconut milk is on the site). I made it. So, the coconut milk, whisk with eggs, I cooked half a serving, so I pictured one egg :)

Next, add the powdered sugar and flour and whisk again. The dough, similar to pancakes. Heat the pan, lubricated it with vegetable oil and start to fry our pancakes.

Pinned to the fork a piece of frozen butter and grease each pancake.

Finely chop the fruit, I have pineapple and strawberries, put on the pancake and wrap it into an envelope.

I made the pancakes from the fresh flesh of the coconut coconut cream.

The pulp is spread in a blender, add 1 tbsp of whipping cream and 1 tablespoon condensed milk. Pour the pancakes when serving. Of course, watering pancakes can be anything that someone loves. A nice Breakfast!
