I did another with mushrooms, and carrot and celery. I really like the speed/ease of preparation and, of course, taste. The number of ingredients - only on Your taste.

Cooking
Shrimp and mussels I filled it with warm water to thawed. Then the shrimp cleaned. Rice noodles (not thin) filled with boiling water and stirred to the point of putting some in the pan it should be soft (5-7 minutes). Don't know if it "stir" in boiling water, but I always think that it will stick together, if this is not done. On a heated pan in vegetable oil lightly fry the finely chopped garlic.
Pour into a pan of water (I poured the boiling water) and soy sauce. Proportions to taste, and prospective quantity of meals. I pour by eye. Top up at any time.
Pour and lightly fry the mussels and shrimp. Literally 1-3 minutes.
Puts rice noodles (drain the water, of course).
Zagotavlivali dish (I try, but usually, the dish is ready when the sauce is all absorbed) is also quite long - up to 5 minutes.
