Muffins with peaches
I want to share with you the recipe of a delicious, tender muffins with peaches. I make them in muffins cups, but I think that in a large cake tin will turn out not worse.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Peach

    300 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Peaches drain in a colander and drain off the syrup. Then cut into cubes.

Blend butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

To butter mixture add eggs, beat well with a whisk.

Add the sour cream. Mix well.

Pour the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead loose dough.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, one part add cocoa powder.

In greased molds put the dough with cocoa.

On the dough put peaches.

On top of the peaches to cover the light test. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Make the glaze by mixing the icing sugar, cocoa powder and water.

Muffins remove from oven, allow to cool.

The cooled cupcakes to cover with glaze.
