Easter week continues!!! Tomorrow Red hill, many Orthodox Christians re-bake Easter cakes, paint eggs and prepare cottage cheese Easter. Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Raisins

    200 g

In warm milk dissolve 1 Cup of sugar, 1 sachet of vanillin, salt and yeast. Pour 500 g flour, knead well. The dough put in a warm place and allow to rise 2 times.

Beat 3 eggs and 2 egg yolks (the whites will go in the icing) with 0.5 cups of sugar. Add in the dough pieces, a little to pour, hammer arm, again - pour in egg mixture, beat. Margarine and butter to melt, cool slightly and drive into the dough.

Add another 500 g of flour, knead well and let rise 2 times. When the dough has risen, add the soaked, washed, and the raisins mixed with 100-200 g of flour. A good knead.

Put the dough in the greased cake tins at 1/2 height.

Put in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready to put the mud pies on the flank directly into the molds and allow to cool, turning occasionally molds.
