Carrot muffins
Recipe taken from the book "Healthy eating for children".

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

1. Carrots grate on a fine grater. Separate the yolks from the whites. Yolks, sugar and water and beat well.

2. Add the flour, baking powder, nuts and carrots.

3. Beat egg whites and gently add to the batter.

4. Put in muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

And you can bake a cake, but the baking time to increase another 25 minutes.
