Description
This recipe I many years ago learned from "the life of women", which was led by the actress Alla Budnitsky. Did not get around to cook this dish, finally today I made it. Sure the program was not really told about this option. Begin to prepare, I see that when writing the recipe missed something, you have to go come up with. Okay, this is all "off topic". Most importantly, it was very tasty, I'm in the list of dishes that are prepared accurately, wrote another prescription. And you? If you like, you will be cooking. There is nothing to worry about, all tastes are different. Well .... "let's go"!

Cooking
Peel the potatoes and put to boil, I cooked for a couple.
The fish is pre-thawed, washed, dried with paper towel. Have podalia, pepper, acidified (for which we used the “self-made” vinegar made from red currants, the vinegar I now use everywhere).
Roll in breadcrumbs (I had these as photos “For meat, poultry, fish and vegetables”, can be the most common, even home-cooked).
Fried fish with 2 sides in vegetable oil. I made so: in a pan of warmed oil, put fennel seeds, held for 5 minutes, using a strainer drain the oil, fried the fish, and do fennel seeds thrown away.
Carrots rubbed on a grater "börner", slightly roasted.
Onion cut a quarter of the rings, fry until transparent.
The potatoes were taken out, cut circles with thickness of 0.8 – 1 cm, put in greased with vegetable oil a deep frying pan. Slightly salted.
Cucumber rubbed on a grater "börner", laid on the potatoes.
Roasted carrot. For a change of pace.
Fried onions, slightly to salt.
Took tomato juice, sweetened (1 tablespoon) and podalia, because the juice was fresh. Filled with fish juice. Leela just for the fish. Sprinkled with seasoning.
The pan closed with a lid and put on the stove. First the fire was average and when the pan has warmed up – turned to the minimum. Left for 30 minutes.
