Description
Today is Christmas, and this dish will perfectly decorate the holiday table, despite the fact that its main ingredient can be found everywhere. I prepare it quite often, because besides that it is very tasty, it is also simple and fast. Merry Christmas!

Cooking
First prepare the scallops. In my freezer there are always, as husband loves. I cooked for 10 people as an appetizer, one scallop per person as in addition there were many snacks. Let's thaw the scallops and gently pull them out of their shells. Wash and place on paper to dry a little.
Shells, thoroughly wash, dry and place in a baking dish.
Dried scallops lightly fry on both sides in butter, add a pinch of saffron. Fry they have literally two minutes, that they were slightly damp inside.
Put the scallops back into their shells.
Clear stuff a couple of shallots. Better to use this bow, it has a special taste and aroma.
In the same oil where we fried scallops, saute chopped shallots, a little garlic and parsley. Add finely chopped mushrooms. I took frozen meats, as fresh fragrant mushrooms we have, alas, hard to find, namely, frozen meats there are mushrooms which have a unique flavor and will give our dish a special charm:)
Salt and pepper the mushrooms to taste and at the end of cooking add a few spoons of sour cream. Let's stir and continue to simmer for a few minutes.
Lay the mushrooms over the scallops in the shells.
It turns out that's the beauty. All this must be put in the oven to bake, literally 5-10 minutes.
You can sprinkle with grated cheese and bake that. Will taste even better :) we wish you a Tasty Christmas and New Year!
